CREATIVE COMMONS is a non-profit organization that provides licenses offering a flexible range of protections and freedoms for authors, artists, and educators. These licenses are built upon the “all rights reserved” concept of traditional copyright to offer a voluntary “some rights reserved” approach. All of the tools of Creative Commons are free. Visit www.creativecommons.org.
Atty. Jaime N. Soriano, CPA, MNSA, is the Legal Project Lead of Creative Commons - Philippines and is working on the project with the e-Law Center (where he serves as Executive Director) of the Arellano University School of Law.
